Terms & Conditions of Sale

READ THESE TERMS OF SALE CAREFULLY BEFORE ORDERING PRODUCTS ONLINE FROM THE MUVLUXE PLATFORM.

These Terms and Conditions of Sale (“Terms”) govern your use of the MUVLUXE website, digital experiences, social platforms and mobile applications (the “Platform”) and constitute a legally binding agreement between you and MUVLUXE regarding orders placed for products available on the Platform. By placing an order you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms. Purchases are governed by the version of these Terms published on the Platform at the time the order is placed.

Please refer to our List of Local Units for the identity and contact details of the MUVLUXE entity providing the Platform. MUVLUXE reserves the right to update these Terms at any time by posting the updated version on the Platform. It is your responsibility to review the Terms prior to placing an order. Your use of the Platform is also governed by the Platform’s Terms of Use and the MUVLUXE Privacy Policy, incorporated herein by reference.

Placing Orders on the Platform

Who Can Place Orders

To place orders you must be at least 14 years old (or the older age required by applicable law to enter into a contract) and act as a consumer. The Platform is not intended for resellers.

No Purchase for Resale

The Platform is intended exclusively for the sale of products by MUVLUXE to final consumers. Purchases for the purpose of resale are strictly prohibited. “Purchase for resale” means buying products with the intention to resell them to others (consumers, companies or third parties). If MUVLUXE reasonably believes that you are purchasing for resale, MUVLUXE may take action including, but not limited to, limiting sales, canceling orders and suspending or terminating accounts.

How to Order

An email address is required to place an order. You may need to enable functional cookies and pop-ups in your browser to access certain Platform features (for example, to design personalized items, add products to your shopping bag and complete checkout).

After you place an order, we will send you an email acknowledging receipt. An order becomes accepted and a binding contract between you and MUVLUXE when we dispatch the products and send you a shipment confirmation email (the “Order Confirmation”). We recommend that you print or download a copy of these Terms and the Order Confirmation for your records. If a product is unavailable after you place an order, we will notify you and will not proceed with the order.

MUVLUXE’s Right to Refuse or Cancel Orders

All orders are subject to product availability. MUVLUXE expressly reserves the right not to accept an order for any reason. MUVLUXE may cancel a contract by written notice to you without further liability (other than refunding any amount paid) in cases including, but not limited to:

The product is not available or out of stock;
Your billing information is incorrect or cannot be verified;
Your order is flagged by our security systems as unusual or potentially fraudulent;
You are under the minimum age required to enter into a contract with MUVLUXE;
MUVLUXE reasonably suspects you are a reseller;
There is an error in the price displayed on the Platform;
Delivery to the address provided is not possible;
An Event Outside Our Control occurs (see below).

Data Verification

Prior to processing an order, we may perform verification checks including address validation and anti-fraud screening. We use semi-automated systems to filter transactions that are unusual, suspicious or at risk of fraud. Suspected fraud will be investigated and, where appropriate, referred to the competent authorities.

Price & Payment

Payment Methods

Available payment methods for your country are listed in the Support section of the MUVLUXE website (www.muvluxe.com). MUVLUXE does not accept payment methods other than those specified. Attempts to pay by alternative means are at your own risk and MUVLUXE will not be liable for any loss arising from such attempts.

Payment Processing

If you pay by credit or debit card, your card will be charged when your order leaves our warehouse. Payment must be received within 12 calendar days of order transmission; otherwise the order may be automatically canceled. Payments are processed only after verification of billing information.

Transfer of Ownership

Title to the products remains with MUVLUXE until full payment has been received.

Prices and Currency

Product prices on the Platform include VAT where applicable. Shipping costs apply and vary by delivery country; see the Support section for details. Prices are displayed in euros except for the UK, Sweden, Norway, Switzerland and Denmark where local currency is used. Changing the delivery country may change displayed pricing due to currency conversion and regional pricing policies.

Total Price

The total price shown at checkout includes taxes and shipping and will be confirmed in your Order Confirmation. If you pay in a different currency than the Platform’s, your bank will apply the conversion rate in effect on the date of purchase; any exchange rate differences are outside MUVLUXE’s control.

Price Changes

Prices shown at the time of purchase apply to that purchase. Price changes do not affect orders already confirmed in an Order Confirmation.

Shipping & Delivery

Delivery options, times and shipping costs are published in the Support section of the Platform. Please inspect packaging upon delivery; if packaging or product appears damaged, decline acceptance of the shipment and note the issue on the courier’s delivery documentation.

Right of Withdrawal

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may exercise your legal right of withdrawal within 30 calendar days from the date you, or a third party indicated by you (other than the carrier), take possession of the products. For orders with multiple items delivered separately, the withdrawal period starts from the delivery date of the last item.

To exercise the right of withdrawal you must notify MUVLUXE before the expiry of the withdrawal period and return the products promptly, and in any case within 30 calendar days of the notification. Products must be returned complete and unused (except for the reasonable inspection necessary to establish whether to keep the product). If returned products show signs of use beyond reasonable inspection, MUVLUXE may hold you liable for any reduction in the product’s value. The right of withdrawal does not apply to customized products or products made to your specifications.

Refer to the Support section on the Platform for practical return instructions and the withdrawal form. Refunds (including standard delivery costs where applicable) will be made without undue delay and in any event within 30 days of your notice of withdrawal. MUVLUXE may withhold refund until it has received the returned products or you provide proof of shipment.

Refunds

Refunds are issued using the same payment method used for the original transaction. For bank transfers, please provide the necessary account details to Customer Service to enable the refund.

Pre-Orders

Pre-orders allow you to purchase a product before its market release. Pre-ordered products are delivered before or around launch subject to payment being received in accordance with the payment terms shown on the product page. Actual delivery times depend on stock availability; any dates shown are indicative and non-binding.

Events Outside Our Control

An “Event Outside Our Control” includes acts beyond reasonable control, such as strikes, lockouts, civil unrest, war, terrorist acts, natural disasters, epidemics, pandemics, or failure of public or private telecommunications or transport networks. If such an event affects MUVLUXE’s performance, MUVLUXE will notify you and its obligations will be suspended for the duration of the event. If this affects delivery, MUVLUXE will agree a new delivery date with you or you may cancel the contract as set out above.
